I,Debanjan Sengupta,have a DEN cable Connection through their authorised franchisee (M/s World View)in south Kolkata,ref Smart Card No.000015493042.From 3rd April,2014 my cable line has been disconnected and yet to be activated.I had lodged a complaint No.1497397 to DEN,and spoke to their customer care executives Mr.Debarga,Mr.Arga,Ms.Babli,Mr.Soumen,Jay,Rajesh.Initially i was told that this was due to some technical problem and I had no dues with them in their accounts.But later on i was told that they were unable to act on this.Pls help.
