Name of company/service: Rex Cabs
I had booked a cab for 8am on 12th May. I made the request on 11th May 4pm. I had also received the confirmation sms for my order. On 12th May, 8am neither the driver shows up nor the cab company executives take call when I am trying to reach them.
I missed my exam because of that.
This is such an irresponsible behavior on the part of rex cabs. They should be sued for this a behavior.
