C/A submitted for closure since one month but still procedure not completed

Name of company/service: ICICI BANK

please look into the above matter.my a/c no.029105004092 was opend at asnsol branch. closure documents submitted at chirkunda branch.since one month but still not closed. after few days they will implement some transaction charges and they will claim from us.they harras customers unnessarily.
