I am raising very important question regarding online portals buying, Recently i have brought new mobile Motorola fire XT 530 from Ebay (Paisa pay id (31396910850) on very 1st day i raised complaint that its front camera not working, Ebay told they will resolve it, For getting information what is progress i have called them about 10-12 times but no feedback, after 20 day, Today they have told that its come under non-eligibility criteria & they are not held responsible for this. I can go on repairing center & may be rectified & i will do so. The important question here is why we are allowing the company like ebay which cannot give the warrenty or cannot resolve the issue of customer, Why india doesn’t put condition what ever you sell in india you are held responsible, its for the right of customer. By any means customer should not suffer. If required i have the last call recording with senior executive of ebay.
