Bus tickets not booked although money debited

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: MSRTC (Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation)

I booked 2 tickets online one after another through msrtc.gov.in, each of whose details are as follows:

Booking date: 15/06/2012
Date of journey: 25/06/2012
Boarding from: Kalyan
Alighting at: Wakad, Pune
Rate: 122.49

1. The first ticket was booked sucessfully with ticket no. 9710409 and transaction details as:
VIN/MSRTC-BILLD/20120615091234/0

2. The second ticket’s booking failed at the last stage. The ticket was not booked although the money was debited from my ICICI account and transaction details as:
VIN/MSRTC-BILLD/20120615091548/0

Kindly help me recover my money.
