I had booked an online APSRTC Bus ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 19th August 2012, my Date of Journey was 21st August 2012, it was scheduled to leave Hyderabad at 7.00 pm, with lot of difficulty I reached the bus station paying the auto 90 rs, the bus arrived late to the station and started at 8.00pm, instead of the driver apologizing for the delay he told that the journey time would take 12 hours, I hoped that the journey time would be 9.5 hrs (7.00 pm – 5.30 am) as mentioned in the APSRTC Website, but it took the 12 hrs to reach Bangalore.
I accuse APSRTC of misguiding the consumer by displaying wrong information in the online booking website and moreover not being friendly with the consumers.
I hope that their website gives more clear information on its website.
