I have reserved a ticker from Hyderabad to Kavali in KALESHWARI TRAVELS though REDBUS portal, our report time was at 10:45pm (opp: Sai Baba Temple, DilsukNagar). My mother (a diabetic patient) and myself waited from 10.:30pm to 12:40pm for the bus and no one turned-up. No response on any of the telephone numbers they have provided us.
We were to attend my grandmother’s funeral which was on Monday at 8am, with high frustration we directly Police Station and launched a complaint against Kalaeshwari Travels and Redbus.
