burning of new a.c of seven months duration burned without any electric supply (cutt off in winter season (23jan 2013)

I had a new split a.c of azure company for seven month of duration drastically burned without any supply of electricity ,due to winter season(23 jan 2013) the main cut off a.c is off. so how can spark or shock is possible in off a.c.whole a.c is burned and due to this my house is also damaged and my whole family life is also in danger that time which is sleeping below a.c on bed at midnight(3:45a.m) when a.c shorted.So i want that the azure company paid for all damages in my hose n assure us in future that it will not happen again with any custumer
