My Father Mr.T.C.Skaria had booked a flat in the year 1983-84 in Borivli, He has paid over 75% of the agreement value, however the buildingt is yet to be completed and the case is in High Court since 1985. I am fed up with the slow pace of our law. Please help. There are another 20 families like ourselves in this mess.
