I bought a floor on 12th april from Mr ANOOP and MS ashish vig owner m/s everrich builder.at the time of token money(dated 29th JAN’12) they committed alot of things including the lift and repairing of alot things till today only one job is done rest all is pending.LIFT is under repair for more than a month …i have request to several time to them and property dealer but they are giving me false promises from quite long.Please take the necessary action as we are unble shift and paying heavy EMI for the same.
Compensation of per month EMI I.E.Rs. 49950 x 6 total 299700 should be charge from them.
