Dear Sir,
Myself Vir Bhan Tueja I am retire more than 70 Year old resident of Jaipur state of Rajasthan. I have worked with honestly in Rajasthan state Govt in my life.
As u knows that buying a property for a Govt. servant is very impossible. I’ve four sons also. I knows how I saved money after my all family responsibilities.
I have purchased a Shop in a ‘Govardhan Sky’ Tower, Khatipura Road, Jhotwara in Jaipur from Manglam Builder. I’ve paid all amount with all duties ( like Service TAX ect.). but I am very sorry to say that after complete all from my side all most one year gone but position & registry of property not done by Builder till now. Respected sir, I’ve complaint it to builder so many times but problem is still same.
Last few days ago I have also langue complaint to JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) because project approved by JDA via SUGAM portal but I m again sorry to say that two days ago I got latter from JDA that ‘JDA can’t do anything on it & u r free for take action against builder.’. I am socked to read that latter sir, how a Government agency not taken any action against a builder even project approved by that Govt. Agency.
Respected sir, I was always prompt in my all service record I have also paid all amount to builder before time after this I am getting that kind of response from Govt. body & builder.
Kindly help a Senior Citizen for position & registry of his purchased property.
