I am Dr C M Khairnar. I have booked my flat at Goel ganga builders (Arun developers) on March 2011. At the time of booking builder has taken 70% of flat cost..( 27 lac)During March 2011 to March 2012 , builder has taken 90% of the total flat cost( 32 lac). And now he is saying that the posession of the flat will be given on April 2013, whereas the construction started on March2010.
