i book the flat in dhayari pune .the name of project “CRYSTAL CASLE” builder name is MR.SANTE & here partner name Mr.tokekar .they both have common office add:PHINIX MULTICON plot no32/2Cts no 13OppRaja mantri vdyan eradwana pune-04.PHONE NO020-25459500.I book flat in NOV2011.initially i paid 25000/- & then i paid 300000 in DEcember.That time he told u get passion in dec2012 .we visit site that time UPto 3 rd floor is work is going .bit after that iwe see in april no progress in work .so we ask builder but they did n’t tell me that promblem is their.After we give call daily but he didn’t reply properly .After some day he reply & we meet in 1 May 2012 that time he told he can’t get permission from corportion & he didnt no when he start work .so he told if we want our money back he provide in 1 week. so we tell him we want to cancel booking .but still i can not get my 3 &half lakh .he didnt reply me .so please take my complaint & reply me .so please help me to get my full money.
