Hi,
We have Purchased the flat from Today Infrastructure Pvt Ltd in 2009 July and commitment was to handover within 18 months and if not after 3 more months they will pay delay compensation. Now more than 3 years gone and 100% payment demand done against the demand but still they are not giving the possession. They want from me to write a Undertaking for not claiming any amount against delay and other things related to commitments. They are saying if i will not sign that they will not give me my possession. Second major thing is they have not completed their work in flat and taken the 100% amount from me. Please sugest
