sir,
Since we paid an advance amount of Rs.500 for landline and RS.600 for broadband during installation. They said there will not be any more charges. Now there is a bill of Rs.1850 as one time charges for 1st bill. When i asked about the detials nobody is even caring to respond and they have sent the second bill also. Though i have requested the details about through self care BSNL cdr customer portal twice i did not get any reply from that. Then why they are having a option as submit complaint.
