Hi, I am using a BSNL number more than 7 years. I realize that BSNL is the most worst mobile operator in the world, because BSNL have NO SPECIAL OFFERS, BSNL has some rate cutters but THEY CHANGE THE OFFERS DAY BY DAY (i.e. Kolkata 99 Plan), the big problem of BSNl is CALL DROP AND POOR NETWORK.
When I talk with someone the CALL DROP HAPPENS, it’s irritating for me.
The tower of BSNL is just 1 km. away from my house. It’s totally a rural area but !!!!!
Also we have a BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION, ): It has also problem too.
We can’t hear other direction people’s voice clearly. We can hear different sound like. RADIO PROGRAM, GOST VOICE in the LAND LINE. Whenever we went to the telephone office for disconnection the land line, they always told us will will repair. Once I wrote an application for disconnection, the employee in the telephone office told me please don’t mentioned the problems, it’s related with my job, just write for a disconnection letter. IS THIS A DIGITAL INDIA?
