I have requested for BSNL landline connection shifting on 28th April 2012 and the shifting is not yet been done.
When enquired with BSNL I was given a persons called Devegowda’s office number (23211313) who is very ignorant and promptly tells that I can switch to any other service providers. Moreover he is speaks arrogantly and tells that customers beg for BSNL connection and he cannot invest lakhs of rupees for telephone transfer for just monthly bill of 500 Rs and I can complaint to anyone I want in this regard.
