The BSNL # 033-25566326/25465463, held since 1958, is registered in my Mother’s name after demise of my Father. The connections a Broadband Landline Combo now, are again out of order from 12th of July, 2012. The docket # 11510190702. Previously it was from 3rd week of April’12 to 3rd week of May’12 & beyond that for Broadband.
Furthermore, the Rental Rebate for the previous no service period is still under consideration of the DE, Internal of our exchange. (written to him on 6th June,12). We are paying rentals regularly but not getting due Service.
The CGM was also informed on 31-07-12 & 03-08-12 but without any effect till.
