BSNL coustomer care

There are n mumber of problems with BSNL costomer care services
1. after dialling on 1500 for costomer services, nobody attain the call even if being online for 15 to 20 mins.
2. improper billing done, skip bill, dont provide sufficient usage and data, no approach on online data or usage reading.
iam ur costomer since 1994.i got a bill from april 2010,with permission from Ur TARNAKA office I paid Rs.1000/-each in the month of Feb and March and along with it submitted my banker’s mandate for ECS collection.Now Im sorry to inform U my out going fecility withdrawn with message “non payment of bills” I have
tried The Accts Officer Kavadiguda Tarnaka and Costomercare. Din’t responce.As Im Sr citizen not feeling well Pl help and restore the phone
