BSNL Cheating

Resp Sir,

We have owned BSNL BBG plan 1425/- and they assure us for 4 mbps till 30 GB and 512 kbps after that. But now they giving us only 512 mbps. I made complaint several time but there is no any achievement in the speed. Plz help me in this matter. Our tel no is 04398-224726.
