I would like to inform you that I am a CELLONE user and an unwanted service ‘Easy Vault Phone Backup’ is activated in my mobile without any request of mine.
This request never gets deactivated. Though it says that to deactivate I must send ‘STOP’ to 155223 or call 155223, I have done both many times but got no reply.
Today, I got another sms from 52585 which says that this service is renewed and it deducts Rs. 20 from my balance.
I have called the customer care at least 20 times but no one replies.
Is this your “best” customer care policy to harass your consumers until they are forced to withdraw the BSNL connection? This is the biggest thief in the world. Fully cheating with its customers. Neither the customer care number works nor the sms but still the money will be deducted from our account without serving anything to make your salary. Very nice job!
I want this service to get deactivated as soon as possible and I want my money back because it is deducted in a totally cheated way.
If I don’t get back my money, I will complain in the consumer forum.
