Even though the payments are made at regular intervals and bills are paid off in time, the BSNL service is always poor interms of customer serice or emergency services.
Every other day during the rainy season the Landline and the Broadband connection will be interrupted and even after several complaints there will be no response.
Please let me know what can be done to address this issue. As for us ,stayng away from home Broadband is a must to keep connected with family members.
