Respected sir,
I have a broad band connection attached with my landline (0141-2546717).
I have submitted my complaint for Broadband not working properly on 01/05/2012(complaint no : 7615049).On 03/05 a man from BSNL named aryan rawat visited my place and said your modem is faulty get it replaced,and he asked me to sign.I siad I won’t sign until the problem is resolved, he said not to worry just sign, so signed . I borrowed a modem from my friend and still the problem wasn’t resolved . Next day a lady called me I told her no the problem is not resolved please send that men again,she said you have signed so it means your complaint is corrected. Now i kept on calling BSNL customer care and they said it will be resolved in some days. On 04/06 I registered a new complaint(7642466) but on 07/06 when I called upon to check the status of my complaint they your complaint has been terminated because the technician said he called you and you said everythng is OK now, whereas, there was not a single call from technician side.
On 07/06 I again registered a new complaint(7645314). On 11/06 a man named ARYAN RAWAT visited my palce(on 01/05 also he had visited our place) and checked my system the download speed that the system was showing was 44.3kbps and on his papers he wrote 150kbps. He again asked me to sign but I refused,and like a bullet he left my place.
I humbly request you sir to please take my case into consideration and solve my problem as soon as possible.
