BSNL 3G NETWORK PROBLEM

Hi,

I want to register a complaint about BSNL Network.THERE IS NO 3G WHEN THERE IS POWERCUT,HEAVY RAIN,THUNDERSTORMS etc.I think they dont even have any generators BSNL is the india`s largest network i am a regular bsnl internet user if there is no 3G it internet is like ordinary bus I am fed up with system I need this problem to be solved ASAP.,I am staying in between perumbavoor and kuruppampadi which is in ernakulam district.I am facing the problem for the past 1 year.i tried calling bsnl customer care number several times,but no use.No one picking up the phone.Thats why i decided to register a complaint.Please take necessary action ASAP.
