BRUTAL BEHAVIOR OVER THE PHONE ON ENQUIRY ABOUT THE BATTERIES TAKEN FROM OUR RENTAL HOUSE

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to let you know that we are really facing severe problems with Power pack.

We recided at No 13, Alandur Road Saidapet, Chennai-600015. It was rented house. We had an inverter which the house owner left in our house. We paid the annual maintanance for that when we shifted to that house in May 2010.

We had frequent problems in the inverter which the company have serviced several times. One day approx 10 months before the Inverter didnt work completely. So we called the Power pack and asked to repair it. They told they have to charge it in their main unit and see if its working.

A week later i asked about the status. The owner of power pack told that its not of use in charging the batteries better to buy a new battery which will cost around 16000/-. Just because its not my unit i dont want to spend so much money in that i asked him to return the battries.

I called them several times but they refused to give the batteries. They are talking like rowdies.

Now that i have vacated the house my house owner is asking about the batteries.

Please help us in getting the battries from that company. I would request you to take severe action on that company which is troubling public like me a lot.
