I booked a service request for my semi automatic washing machine on dated 31.05.17 service request no. 19959. As on today dated 08.07.17, this service is not being closed successfully. 1st technician came to my place and taken the spinning motor with him to check either it can be repaired or need to replace. After few days i made the call to service supervisor to check the status than only he told me that motor is not repairable so need to change. I asked him to change the same but it took very long time and finally another technician reached at my home along with the motor.
That technician was completely unskilled. he opened fully machine and started reassembling it from the beginning and he took 4-5 hours in that. After that he broken automatic switch & flip cap of dryer and took it away with him to bring the new one.
Again technical supervisor does not have any satisfactory answer of the availability of this part. My complaining is getting rescheduling again and again on their own.
When ever i am calling to the service supervisor for followup he replies i will call you in some time always but i never get the call from him.
So the question is that how unprofessional is this organisation where customer is making fooled every time and never get satisfactory answer from their end.
So kindly look in to the matter.
