myself sourav making a complaint against snapdeal on behalf of my friend ms Suchismita Das
on april 8 a cosmos baby car via snapdeal i messaged them within 1 hour of the delivery that its faulty product its broken mailed them twice for refund of money but snapdeal pays no heed to my request . this is my order number # order 5682732673 and my complaint no.( Request number 18409300) on 11april 2015 . as per customer protection act against fraud companies like snapdeal i would like to ask for damages from them and a refund of that amount to be made as soon as possible having amir khan as its brand ambassador the company is fooling us citizens with their daylight robbery service ..hopefully snapdeal gets a lesson of chit funding citizens like me ….please make this listen to the higher ups thanks i wish to be refunded of my baby cosmos car from snapdeal its broken ..thanks
