i had ordered a morning walker a few days ago,which was delivered yesterday
i say it with grief that i had been delivered a broken piece
secondly,i had been told that i would be delivered a wireless device,,but thats also hasn’t been fulfilled
the device was a wired one
thirdly,after the day i had ordered,a person had called me for address verification,had told that a mp3 player will be accompanied with the said product,that has also not been delivered
lastly,they had an offer saying for a 3 day 2 night package,but i have been given a 1000 rs voucher
before the product was delivered,they regularly sent sms’s about the proceedings,but after lodging the complain,they aren’t picking up my calls nor replying me on live chat and neither they are calling me back…..
please take appropriate steps to solve my problem
