Broken Laptop Send And Now Not Refunding

I have ordered on 20th of March at Flipkart for product HP 15 Core i3 6th Gen – (8 GB/1 TB HDD/DOS/2 GB Graphics) 15-BS658TX Laptop with order ID: OD211842395189227000 with exchange offer for my old Samsung Laptop.

The first laptop they send me have problem with it’s keyboard which is not working so Flipkart arranged 2 technical visit from HP they detected the problem and done DOA seal then Flipkart take that product and give me a replacement as on 5th April…

The replacement I have received is broken it’s display is dull and CD ROM is broken now I have called Flipkart also emailed them for refund and give me back my old exchanged laptop.

But they are keep rejecting my refund and telling me they don’t have delivery update on their system. What they mean by that It is clearly showing me that delivered to me on 5th of April at 9:50 PM and the shipment ID was Ekart Logistics – FMPP0148725129…

My request to flipkart is please refund me my money and take this broken laptop… And give me back my old Samsung laptop…
