Broken Glass top is delivered still under Replacement

1. On December 08, 2012, the I purchased KENORA CENTER TABLE (SKU: 100006184) on www.housefull.co.in web site through the credit card payment gateway. Order Number: 13302, HDC Number: 9952/2012/457 with expected delivery date of product December 30, 2012.
2. On December 25, 2012 the I called opposite party customer support (Phone Numbers: 022 6723 9800/6723 9786) to check the status of order and the customer executive of opposite party told Complainant that the ordered KENORA CENTER TABLE was damaged and rejected in quality, and will call before 6:00 PM. call me by yesterday evening before 6:00 PM. I waited till late evening for call from opposite party customer executive; but no one has called and informed about the current status of the order.
3. On December 26, 2012 the I sends one more email to customer care (Email Address: [email protected]) to get the status of order, and explained the telephonic discussion happed; but no one from Housefull International responded to the my email.
4. On December 31, 2012 11:47 AM the I sends another email to customer care (Email Address: [email protected]) asking for refund of Order Number: 13302, HDC Number: 9952/2012/457 as Housefull International failed to deliver the KENORA CENTER TABLE on or before December 30, 2012, but did not get any reply from Housefull International customer executive. On same day around 4:00 PM the KENORA CENTER TABLE was delivered to the my shipping address.
5. On December 31, 2012 during the delivery of handling the product the KENORA CENTER TABLE glass top was broken. And same time complain is logged to Housefull International customer support executive by telephone. And complain number CC91212307 was given to me and told to send the photos of broken glass top.
6. On January 01, 2013 11:47 AM the KENORA CENTER TABLE broken glass top photos are sent by email and got the acknowledgement receipt of email stating that technician will visit my place to in weeks’ time to verify the complain.
7. On January 02, 2013 around 5:00 PM I got the call from Housefull International’s technician for inspection of product, but the Complainant told the Housefull International’s technician that the photos are already send to customer support by email. Asked the opposition parties technician to visit on next day as Complainant and his family was at marriage ceremony on that day at Warje Pune.
8. On January 07, 2013 the I sent another email to Housefull International’s customer support ([email protected] and [email protected]) for asking the status of the complaint and asked them to tentative delivery date if their inspection process over.
9. On January 25, 2013 Housefull International’s carpenter visited with a new glass top to my residence but during the partial assembly of center table carpenter realized that the replaced glass top size does not matches to product purchased and took back the new glass top with them. I also called the customer support and customer support executive assured that the complaint will be resolved in next 24 hours’ time and same thing is communicated to the Housefull International by an email. I got the reply saying that the issue is already forwarded to concern department and will be resolve in next 8 days’ time.
10. On February January 11, 2013 I has visited the opposition parties store located at Aundh to check the status of complaint. And talked to one of their employee about the complaint and they assured me that complaint will get resolved in next 8 days’ time as its placed over internet, also they furnished two mobile numbers belongs to opposition parties Pune warehouse manager numbers to follow up the complaint.
11. Till today the I has made several phone calls to Housefull International customer support but always get different responses that previous executive who attended call is busy with another customer and will call me back as soon as he/she is free; but till today the I did received only 2 or 3 calls from customer support asking to wait for day or two.
12. The product is lying at the my residence at partially assembled condition and Housefull International did not bother to honor the my complain till date and I am suffering from all this.
