My complaint
I had given my honda activa bearing no KA-02 EK-8308 for service on 27/06/2014 inv no 12IW1406166 . The mechanic was MR JAY KUMAR. I came back home in the evening after collecting my bike only to find out that they have broken the clutch oil seal or something (as told my a local mechanic nearby) causing about 500ml of reddish oil to leak out from the bike. the damage will get corrected if i replace the oil seal at my own cost. i hae got photographs to document the same. What they have done is surprising and shocking at the same time. I never imagined that a trusted company like planet honda could do this to me and spoil my bike which was perfectly ok before i gave it to them. I request u to kindly take action against this company who are operating under the name of honda but really are doing fraud. I want my entire service expenses to be paid back abt rs 1000/- with an apology from them for the trauma and mental anguish that i have faced for the last 2 days. These ppl never answer phones to add to my misery and i kept calling may be abt 100 times with no answer. the reception is very poor and they treat customers as though they are doing a favour for us while charging us huge amounts. I have come to consumerforums.in because of your good reviews and hope that u can settle this issue to this wrong can be made right and no customer suffers in the future. Kindly take severe action immediately and help me out. thank u.
