In our locatily broadband is not working for 12 days .I have submitted a complaint on 25 th July 2014. but they did not contacted me. More over when I tried to contact them my call was not received. Atlast I tried a mobile no. of Mr. Kushal Basu Then the call was received on 31st july and he said.that there is a optical fiber breakage in our locality and our connection will be restored as soon as possible. On 4 th August 2014I called him again he said that he don’t know how much time it will take (‘ bolte par6ina “) and he said this in a very cold voice, in such way that nothing had been happened, its a normal matter..
today it 5th August 2014 and till now the broadband connection is not restored. and their is a big question mark about the restoration of the line.. They are acting just like a professional cheater.
please help. and do something against these crap people feeling helpless and cheated.
