Broadband Service Issue

This is to bring to your notice that we have been complaining for poor service against the following Reliance Broadband account nos. with us from almost two years now.

A/c No.100000112226625
A/c No.100000119322393

However, every time the complaint is lodged, there is some excuse or the other from your service team. Sometime, the service team even misbehave to our utter frustration.

Today, we spoke with Mr.Sunil Roy, from your service team. In response, he used utter unpleasant language and said no service will be provided as the area where our connection is out of broadband area.

Earlier, your service representatives also asked us to do some civil changes in our office premises, which prompted us to do the needful. But now, we are absolutely unhappy with all these developments and your uncanny service procedures. We have never been informed that there is no broadband service in the area. We have been paying for such bad service for almost two years now and would seek a complete refund of our investment.

We cannot but write this letter to you with copy to senior management of your esteemed company, with a hope of getting a justified reply on this issue. We are also forwarding this letter to appropriate authority in DoT.

It would be appreciative of you to look into our issues at the earliest.
