Broadband Service

Sir,
I have applied for broadband service on 23rd July, 2014, the amount has been deducted on 5th August 2014.
And till date on 14th August 2014 there is no response from there.
they have been promissing each time i call on customer care for fast response but no reply.
and finally when i asked for refund they are again posponding it to 45 days and so.
