Broadband not working

Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband

Dear Concern,

This is to bring you notice that I have taken the relaince broadband service from April end my connection no. is 396893509875 from that day till today I have only used for 10 days, last week it started working and the sales person came ask for the bill payment after that it again stop working, today when I call that person he said that call to customer care I dont know what to do & please dont call me. When I call customer care they say that no money will be refunded as I am applying for cancellation of this service.
Please look into this matter seriously as I want full refund of my money as they are not providing me the service.
