Broadband Link failure

I have taken airtel broadband connection
on 5 Aug 2013. From very first day It started showing link failure again and again.I have complaint several time to the airtel customer care.I am getting call from customer care that my problem has been resolved but I am still facing the same problem.Now even after complain also I am not getting any response from airtel customer care or technical staff.Please help me out landline no 07614043174
