Broadband issues not resolved for over a month

Hi ,

I’am a Tata Docomo Broadband User since July 2014. I have paid for 6 months in advance and as per the offer my services shall be active until 21st January 2015. But Since 3rd November 2014, i have been facing the issues with the connectivity. My broadband does not work at all during the day time and works very slow at night. I have made several complaints to them regarding it over the phone, emails and also on twitter. Every time they gave a fake and illogical excuse that they tried calling me but I didn’t answer their call or my phone was not (Both my main and as well as alternate) numbers were NOT Reachable or it shows in their records that my case has been resolved. Its been a month now that I have been facing these issues with my broadband and I have no idea how to have it resolved.

I would appreciate if you kindly look into the issue and have it resolved at the earliest.
