Dear All,
I had a you braodband connection for 4 years which i discontinued in june 14…
I had deposed Rs 700 with YOU BROADBAND 4 years back as security deposit..
After that they didnt issue me the correctly spelled refund cheque and always procrastinated for re issue of cheque..
Even after completion of all procedure, i was promised the refund withi 45 days but its 4 months completed but i have not got cheque with correct name
Even i got harsh treatment when i visited shivaji nagar office
After that i mailed helpline mail id but i didnt get any response from them…
So no help from call centre , no help from office at shivaji nagar, no help from helpline email id..
What can be done to resolve this issue???
