Broadband Disconnection ; False billing

My airtel account no. is 7005230943. I left the place where i used internet.From Nov. 2011 onwards i was not using internet.December i paid rest amount. Only Rs.425 was pending on Decembeer 2011.When customer care employee asked for bill, i told to disconnect the conncetion. I was on travel.After returning I will pay the rest amount.But, customer care employee neither put a request not disconnect the connection.Repeatedly i got call and noone put my request. Every month i got the bill. On 11th May 2012 i got a call from customer care employee named ‘Simran’. She told that if i will pay 2000 ruppees she will disconnect the connection and promised me to disconnect immediately. She had talked with manager. Immediately I paid 2000 ruppees online. But, nothing happened. Same billing I am getting every month. I put a complaint against her. But their manager told that she might be told to pay the bill not totally disconnect the connection. I will not pay further. They people are cheating. If they can not disconnect why they people are telling like that.
