Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you about my grievance that we have been charged with a HUGE BB bill amount of INR 18,268 for two months i.e : INR 9865 (for July 2014) and INR 8403 (unbilled bill amt for August 2014), as I have been charged on night charges which was previously free in my Bill Plan BBGCNT 500. (night unlimited plan 2am – 8am)
I had no e-mail mapped to my bsnl account and I received NO intimation in terms of a letter or e-mail or sms or a phone call that the plan is revised and I would no longer avail the benefits of night unlimited in my current plan.
Proper ways of communications is very much essential. At least BSNL should have called at my landline number which was mapped to my BB account to intimate this weird change in plan.
We had to surrender our BB connection and had to pay the whole amount of INR 18,268. As a consumer I wish to complain against BSNL for this harassment and my huge financial.
Request consumer complaint forum to take appropriate steps and possible have BSNL refund the extra charges waiving off my night usage charges that was billed.
