No Broadband connection from Airtel even after paying the connection fees in June 2013

Hi,

I had applied for an Airtel broadband connection in June 2013 in Sector 23, Gurgaon. As per the process, I had made an online payment of INR 49 & cash payment of INR 450 to an Airtel representative, Mr Vikash Kumar (Mob num: 9990480002) who works in the Udyog Vihar branch of Airtel office. Its been a year & I have still not got the broadband connection. I had complained about this to the customer service several times. 9th Sep’13 – Ref num: 38250476 spoke to Sana. 9th Feb’14 – Ref num: 43285860 spoke to Akansha. 20th March’14 – Ref num: 44285916 spoke to Manish. I was promised that I will get a call back. I have still not recieved any call & my issue is still unresolved.
