Location/place: Surya Ghaziabad,Utter Pradesh
Name of company/service: Airtel
I had applied for Broadband connection and paid advance fee of Rs 500/-.
I requested them to install after 8.00 pm or on Sunday with there Area Manager Sh Sachin.
The connection is still not provided.
Since the connection is not provided i requested them to refund the advance and close the chapter through the customer care but they ask me the landline No.
when the connection is not provided how i can give the landline No.
Please help in refund the advance given to them.
