I bought the reliance broadband connection on 12th Aug, 2012 and the agent from reliance named Azhar waws the person who sold the connection. It has been 15 days and yet I haven’t received any call or any person from reliance to fix the connection. I tried all mediums to contact reliance and complain about it and also wrote several mails on the reliance customer care mail but no one receives call at the service centre and neither they respond properly to the mails. The agents are continuously ignoring my calls. On asking for the number of the other superior incharge, Azhar gave me the number of his friends saying he is my senior incharge. I have no clue how to fix it as I am not getting any satisfactory revert from reliance end.
