broadband complaint

Dear sir,
I have register a complaint about my faulty connection of bsnl broadband for last 3 months for about 5 times a person also visited for inspection but he just do a formality check and charge me Rs.100 for that,by saying this I asked for a bill but he havnt reply and left from that day onwards neither they pick the call nor came here for a service. Also from last 2 weeks I am complaining to the customer care for help but every day they just give me the same excuse of talk to the higher authority and problem will be resolve.
Please I request for a favour from you to give me a faithfull justice to me. As every day I got a scold from companies for not sending data and billing details and for that me and my staff have to get embarass infront of them.
I hope I will got a positive response from you.
