We have purchase UPS from M/s.Powersoft systems,1 year ago and the installation involved inverter from Microtek and battery is assembled by M/s.Powersoft.
As per the warranty clause battery is covered for 3 years replacement upon failure.
But the company is not responding to the service calls.
