A Salesman of CD Equisearch approached me and offered Franchise. Based on some information provided by him, my wife Lalita Agarwal gave one Cheque for Rs 30,000 under the condition that the Cheque should not be encashed till we are fully satisfied with the offer and sign the agreement. All the information provided by the Salesman turned out to be false and they encashed the Cheque of Rs 30,000 even before the agreement was signed, thereby creating a breach of trust. Now they are refusing to refund the money.
