Sir,
Respectfully I have to state that M/S AGRYES PROPERTY SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD., B-106/107, Behind Palace hotel, Ambadi Road, Vasai (W), Dist. Thane, Maharashtra had signed an MOU with me for the sale of Flat no. 301, Tanwar Mansion,Co–op hsg Soc.,Plot No. – 32, Sector – 17 Koper Khairne, Navi Mumbai at a cost of Rs. 23 lacs.
The above mentioned vendor, M/S AGRYES PROPERTY SOLUTIONS was represented by Mr.John,having mobile no. 7738159686.I had met him in his office and after that I had talks with him several times on his mobile phone.
I have paid him advance of Rs. 5 (five) lacs through two cheques of HDFC churchgate Mumbai in July 2012 and Mr. John had promised to handover the flat (property) within six months.
Now I am not being able to contact Mr.John for the last one month, either personally or through his mobile phone.His office was found closed when I tried to meet him personally.
I, therefore, sir request you to kindly take proper action and rescue me from this trap.
