A representative of Hotel Vaibhav Inn, mithaiwala chauraha,gomti nagar lucknow came to my office and lured me for providing me several discount coupons and currency certificates for dining in their restaurant and charged me Rs 3000/- and issued special value card (ID No.236) but within few weeks the said restaurant start declining the card telling that there was some issue regarding payment from their representative and asked me to await for the outcome they told me to inform as and when the issue get resolved. No communication whatsoever has been received from their end till date in this regard. Their card is valid till 31.03.2020 which is approaching very fast . It is clearly comprehensible that i have been cheated. please do the needful to get my money refunded alongwith interest and adequate penalty may also be imposed on the hotel for my mental torture
