Bought MTS datacard. Haven’t resolved my issue and now they are begging extra money.

Hi,

I had 1 MTS prepaid data card and was not getting speed in my area. When I called customer care they told to get postpaid connection then it will be alright.

But after I get the postpaid connection with data card number 8694805029 it is still the same speed.
I again called Customer Care this time they had taken my complaint. One person came from there and agreed that speed is low and told me that they will take action. But no action was taken from 1 month then I again called again 1 person came and same thing happened. Again I called and told to send the technical person directly and they promised they will send one person within 2 days. No one came. Then I started calling everyday. Everyday they did false promise and nothing happened. After that I haven’t made payment of 1 month. They keep on calling to get payment. Here they are very active. Then I told my problem they quarreled with me then at last they agreed but nothing happened. They have barred my service. I called and told them to disconnect my data card permanently but they haven’t did that and told that one person will come today only to resolve your problem but no one came. After some days I decided to make the payment. They accepted the payment and told now your service will start again. They started service for 10 days then barred my service and now they are asking for extra money Rs. 400 /- like a thief they are. Just want to get money but don’t want to provide service. Here we are going to burn MTS data cards in my colony and post it all over internet, newspapers and TV by telling what happened to me. Don’t know why people use to work for such companies who teach their executives to lie and don’t do anything and they lie also they use to do promises also. How can these persons can lie same thing so easily 100 times.
