I bought a harddisk from paytm about a week ago and today i recieved the delievry of my product but the product was not working when i received.i tried to contact paytm through e-mail which was mentioned on their website www.paytm.com but uptill now they havnt responded.everytime i logged into my account it just showed that u will be contacted within 1 hour. i have faced this type of problem in past also from the same e-commerce website and that time also they showed no interest.
